Facilities Engineering and Design
Design everything from the wellhead to the pipeline. We design offshore and onshore facilities for single and multiple well sites, production, gathering, processing, sales, and refining.
Process Hazards Analysis Facilitation
Conduct all levels of hazard analysis. Our PHA facilitators, technical guides and scribes carry out full facility hazops/hazids, revalidations, what-ifs, and project-specific hazard reviews.
Production and Electrical Safety System Compliance
Review electrical and production safety systems for compliance with state/federal regulations. We can handle the final professional engineering review to drafting, and everything in between.
Management of Change Reviews
Address large and small changes that could impact facility safety. Our engineering review for MOC requests ensures that new hazards don’t arise, and existing hazards aren’t increased.
Production Optimization
Evaluate existing infrastructure for optimal use of equipment and production paths. Our engineers assess process flow and pipeline usage and identify if higher production rates are possible.
Process Safety Management
Protect personnel and property from the potential dangers of industrial processes. We evaluate and improve your existing PSM program and ensure it complies with current federal regulations.
