Adley Services, LLC is a Louisiana licensed professional engineering firm anchored by our president, Susan Frizzell. She has over 20 years of engineering experience. Furthermore, she is an industry leader and innovator in both the offshore and onshore aspects of oil and gas. Whether it is complying with BSEE, facilitating a HAZOP analysis, or valve/piping calculations, Adley Services is your preferred provider. Our staff has extensive training and experience with shelf and deepwater facilities, refineries, midstream operations, fit for service evaluations, API 653 inspections, and well pad sites. In all things we do, we seek to add value to our client’s business. We accomplish this by listening to our client’s needs and making sure we work as efficiently as possible. Although Adley Services calls Lafayette, Louisiana home, our place of work is nationwide…and beyond. Some of our deep-water facility projects take place extreme distances off of the coast of the United States.

Susan is President and Founder of Adley Services. She has over 20 years of engineering experience in a variety of industrial settings. She is an industry leader and innovator in onshore and offshore oil and gas. She manages all aspects of engineering management and client relations for Adley Services. Susan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from Amberton University. She is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida and has specialty training as a PHA Facilitator. She as the Conference Session Chairman for LAGCOE and is a member of Louisiana Engineering Society and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Brad Frizzell, PE

Brad has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Juris Doctorate from the Loyola School of Law. He is a licensed patent attorney in the State of Louisiana, a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, and serves as Adley’s In-House Counsel. Brad also has his Professional Engineering license in Control Systems in Louisiana. Brad is a Senior Engineer and manages many facets of Adley including FOIA’s for clients, marketing, sales, IT, and safety training. In addition, he is a Licensed Electrician, a PHA Facilitator, and a certified API 653 Tank Inspector and API 510 Vessel Inspector. He serves as a Judge Advocate for Post 241 of American Legion. He has served in the Army Reserves and the Louisiana Army National Guard as a Chemical Weapons Specialist.

Adele is a Project Engineer at Adley Services. As Project Engineer, her experience includes PSM audits, facilities engineering, and PHA facilitation. Adele brings a vast wealth of knowledge as her career began with hands-on experience on the drilling rig floor with a top firm in the oil and gas industry. With her experience in test tool selection, logistics and leading job failure investigations, Adele is able to offer our clients solutions that are economical and realistic. Adele has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has also taken leadership courses at Texas A&M College of Business. She is on the executive committee for the Young Professionals of LAGCOE and active in many other industry events.

Marcus Stelly

Marcus is well known in the chemical and energy industry and serves as a Lead Designer and Engineering Tech at Adley. With over 20 years of experience, he delivers quality drafting projects on-time and on-budget. Marcus’ design precision is highly sought after in the industry and meets the specifications industry specialists are accustomed to seeing. He also supports the engineering staff with compliance reviews. Marcus has a degree in Drafting and Design Technology from the Louisiana Technical College.

Melissa brings to Adley Services over 25 years of experience in accounting and working with professional service firms. Melissa is innovative in her financial forecast methodologies and performance metrics. Melissa also has many years of experience in human resources management and helps Adley with HR and benefits management. Melissa also helps Adley foster a strong corporate culture making Adley a great place to work. Melissa has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a certified notary.

Serena is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting. She assists the engineers in project completion, aids our marketing department with data processing, and is responsible for administrative duties. Her positive attitude and ability to be resourceful and adamant makes her a great addition to Adley Services.

Noah is a graduate of the University of Louisiana where he earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in composite materials, drafting, and machining. Noah brings experience as an field engineer with a focus on drilling operations. Noah currently assists with engineering calculations, designs and drafting. He enjoys the outdoors and supports Catholic missionaries through the Diocese of Lafayette.

Nikki is a Engineer at Adley Services. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has prior experience in food manufacturing with focus on process troubleshooting and optimization, environmental discharge monitoring, and many aspects of EHS. Nikki currently assists Adley with PHA facilitation, API 14C compliance reviews, BSEE compliance documentation, and is a PHA technical scribe. She is passionate about mentoring local youth and does so through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana program.
