NASA’s Webb Telescope Launches to See Galaxies

On December 25 of 2021 NASA launched the James Webb Space Telescope in hopes of capturing distant galaxies. Here at Adley Services we know that most engineers are space nerds at heart and we will be tracking the progress of this mission over the course of the upcoming weeks. Since the launch Webb has made the progression past the Sunshield STARBOARD Mid-Boom and is well on its way to the next checkpoint of the mission: Secondary Mirror. So far it has roughly completed 60% of the distance it needs to travel to see these galaxies. Follow along with us to find out more!
